Photo Postcards & PhotoPostos

I’ve found Howard Packaging’s Photo Postcards to be preferable to the PhotoPostos. The PhotoPostos seem to be about the weight of printer paper — if even that heavy. The Howard Packaging Photo Postcard product is available at Ritz Camera. While i haven’t seen them at my local store, they are available online.

    Hi:
Thanks for this review. I was wondering about the Photo Postos. I’ve had trouble locating “do it yourself” postcard kits, with ideal cardstock weight/ thickness, so this helps. Does the Howard Packaging postcards/”Freeze a Frame” provide a template to print/ type in the message area? Thx.

I think the “Freeze a frame” is a different product: it looks like Ritz Camera has jumbled that into the catalog page.

Both Photo Postcards & PhotoPostos are 6×4 pieces of adhesive backed paper meant for already printed 6×4 photos. They have simple postcard printing on the back but aren’t particularly designed to be printed on again. So there’s a “template” in the sense that there are lines for hand-writing the address, but not in the sense of say an Avery label template.
